NM (Near Mint) — No visible wear. Cards are fresh from a pack or sleeve. Corners, edges, and surface are clean.
LP (Lightly Played) — Minor edge or corner wear. No creases or scratches. Fully tournament-legal.
MP (Moderately Played) — Noticeable wear on edges/corners, possible light scratches. May show shuffling wear.
HP (Heavily Played) — Significant wear, creasing, or surface damage. Functional but visibly worn.
DMG (Damaged) — Tears, heavy creases, or writing. Not tournament-legal.
