Shipping policy

Domestic: Processing time (goal) 1-2 business days. Shipped via USPS, utilizing their Intelligent Mail Barcode tracking (Informed Delivery), insurance, and non-machinable (as necessary). Individual cards and orders of value $25+ may be shipped with USPS Ground Advantage.

International: DHL will handle all international shipments, however if a specific (accessible) shipment company is preferred, reach out and we will try and accommodate. Estimated delivery times are 7-14 days for Europe, 10-21 for Asia-Pacific. Contact us prior to purchase for inquiries.

Packaging: All cards will ship sleeved, and in sealed bags. 1-3 cards will ship in semi-rigid card protectors, in sealed bags. Higher value cards will ship in their own semi-rigid card protector and sealed bag. 

Tracking: Standard shipments will utilize the USPS iMB tracking, getting scanned at acceptance, as it moves through the network to your destination, with a final scan as it departs your local Post Office. If you subscribe to "Informed Delivery" you will see this in your daily email from USPS.  International orders and higher value orders will be tracked with traditional tracking methods, shared with the buyer.

Customs/Duties: The buyer is responsible for all import duties, please be aware of any such responsibilities to prevent surprise. SJC Card Co is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
